  • To commission me send an email to [email protected] with all required information. Twitter DMs also acceptable if preferred.

  • Please read my terms of service before contacting me.

  • All prices are USD ($)

  • All portraits painted on a flat background, 300dpi, 11x14in. This is default, other dimensions and simple textured background also available if requested.

  • You will receive 1-2 sketches to choose from and adjust, at least 2 wips throughout, and the full sized file once complete.

  • Commissions may take a few months to complete, and you will receive at least one update a month.

  • Once completed, any large revisions will require additional fees, so please be vocal about any changes needed during the process.

  • I reserve the right to refuse a commission I am not comfortable with.

  • Invoice must be paid in full before I begin work.

  • Refunds dependent on progress made - 90% maximum.

what I need

  • All possible VISUAL references of your character(s). For Warcraft characters a wowhead dressing room link is very helpful.

  • A brief description of everything you'd like included. This includes any desired expressions, poses, facial features, hairstyles, freckles or scars, etc. Photo references for these are appreciated but not required. Also let me know if I have free rein.

  • Your paypal email so I can send an invoice.

rights

  • I retain all rights to my work.

  • I have full publication and printing rights, but will always ask first.

  • All commissions are for your personal use only.

  • When posting you must credit me and may not remove my signature.

  • You may print for your own personal use.

  • You may crop and resize for social media headers and/or profile pictures but must link back to me as credit.

  • You may not sell or claim my work as your own.

  • You may not, under any circumstances, use any part of the commissioned art for NFTs (non-fungible tokens) in any capacity.
